Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 20/06/2026

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through rollbox.com.au using a subscription, pre-order, try-before-you-buy or other deferred or recurring purchase option.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Standard one-time purchases

This policy does not generally apply to ordinary one-time purchases that are paid for in full at checkout.

Requests to cancel or return an ordinary purchase are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions

Where Rollbox offers a subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed when you subscribe.

Your subscription will continue until it is cancelled, unless a fixed subscription term was clearly stated before purchase.

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown information about:

  • the subscription price;

  • billing frequency;

  • delivery frequency;

  • any minimum term;

  • any applicable discount;

  • when recurring charges begin; and

  • how the subscription can be cancelled.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time by:

  • signing into your customer account and managing your subscription;

  • using the subscription-management link provided in an order or subscription email; or

  • contacting us at admin@rollbox.com.au.

Cancellation takes effect once it has been successfully submitted and confirmed.

After cancellation:

  • no future subscription orders will be generated;

  • no future recurring payments will be charged; and

  • no further subscription deliveries will be scheduled.

Cancelling a subscription cannot usually be reversed. You may need to create a new subscription if you wish to restart it later.

4. Subscription cancellation deadline

To prevent the next scheduled payment or shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least [2 business days] before the next scheduled billing date.

Where cancellation is submitted after an order has already been generated, paid, packed or dispatched, cancellation of the subscription will stop future renewals but may not cancel the current order.

The current order may instead be handled under our order cancellation or Returns and Refund Policy.

5. Orders already processed

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been:

  • created;

  • charged;

  • submitted for production;

  • packed;

  • fulfilled; or

  • dispatched.

Contact us promptly if you also wish to cancel a recently generated order.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel it, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production or fulfilment has begun.

6. Subscription refunds

Payments already processed are not automatically refunded when a subscription is cancelled.

A refund may be available where:

  • the associated order has not entered production or fulfilment;

  • we approve the cancellation before dispatch;

  • the charge was made in error;

  • a product is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee; or

  • a refund is otherwise required by law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

7. Changing or pausing a subscription

Where supported by our subscription system, you may be able to:

  • pause your subscription;

  • skip a delivery;

  • change the delivery frequency;

  • change the selected product;

  • update the quantity;

  • change the delivery address; or

  • update your payment method.

Available options may vary depending on the subscription plan.

Changes must generally be submitted before the next order is generated. Changes made afterwards may apply only to future orders.

8. Failed subscription payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

We may contact you and ask you to update your payment details.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may:

  • delay the associated order;

  • pause the subscription;

  • cancel the subscription; or

  • require another payment method.

We will not dispatch an unpaid order.

9. Subscription price changes

We may change subscription pricing, shipping charges or plan features from time to time.

Where a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price or terms take effect.

You may cancel your subscription before the change begins.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been paid for unless required by law or agreed with you.

10. Subscription product availability

If a subscription product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • delay the delivery;

  • offer an equivalent alternative;

  • allow you to select another product;

  • skip the affected delivery;

  • pause the subscription; or

  • cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

11. Pre-orders

A pre-order allows you to order a product before it is available for immediate dispatch.

The product page will state, where reasonably possible:

  • that the product is a pre-order;

  • the amount payable at checkout;

  • whether further payment will be required;

  • the estimated production or dispatch timeframe; and

  • any relevant cancellation conditions.

Estimated availability and dispatch dates are not guaranteed and may change because of manufacturing, supply, carrier or other delays.

12. Cancelling a pre-order

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has entered production, been fulfilled or been dispatched.

To cancel, contact admin@rollbox.com.au with your order number.

Where the pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, we will generally cancel it and refund any amount paid, subject to any clearly disclosed terms applying to customised products.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an unfulfilled order. It may instead be eligible for return under our Returns and Refund Policy.

13. Pre-order delays

If the estimated dispatch date changes significantly, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Depending on the circumstances, you may choose to:

  • continue waiting for the order;

  • accept a revised estimated dispatch date;

  • select an available alternative; or

  • cancel the affected pre-order for a refund.

This does not limit any rights you may have if goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable timeframe.

14. Custom or personalised pre-orders

A customised, personalised or specially made pre-order may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation after production has commenced.

This will be clearly disclosed before purchase where applicable.

This restriction does not apply where the product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly manufactured, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

15. Try-before-you-buy orders

Where Rollbox offers a try-before-you-buy option, the applicable product page or checkout will disclose:

  • the trial period;

  • any amount charged initially;

  • the date on which payment will be collected;

  • the amount that will be charged;

  • how to return the product; and

  • the deadline for cancellation or return.

By selecting try-before-you-buy, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method if the product is not returned in accordance with the disclosed terms.

16. Cancelling a try-before-you-buy order

To avoid being charged, you must request cancellation and return the product in accordance with the stated trial deadline and return instructions.

Merely contacting us without returning the product does not necessarily complete the cancellation.

The product must generally be returned:

  • by the applicable deadline;

  • with all included parts and accessories;

  • in accordance with our return instructions; and

  • in a condition consistent with reasonable trial use.

17. Charges for unreturned or damaged trial products

Where a try-before-you-buy product is not returned by the applicable deadline, we may charge the payment method provided at checkout.

Subject to applicable law, we may also charge or deduct a reasonable amount where the product:

  • is not returned;

  • is returned incomplete;

  • has been damaged beyond reasonable trial use;

  • has been altered; or

  • has materially reduced in value because of misuse.

Fair wear resulting from the permitted trial will not be treated as misuse.

18. Returns after a purchase-option cancellation

Cancelling a subscription or other purchase plan does not itself return products already delivered.

Returns of delivered products are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

Do not send a product back until return instructions have been provided.

19. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy removes any right you may have where a product:

  • is faulty or unsafe;

  • is not of acceptable quality;

  • does not match its description;

  • is not fit for a disclosed purpose;

  • is not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time; or

  • otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy.

20. How to cancel or request assistance

To cancel or manage a purchase option, use the subscription-management tools available through your customer account or contact:

Rollbox
Email: admin@rollbox.com.au
Website: rollbox.com.au

Please include:

  • your full name;

  • your order or subscription number;

  • the email address used for the purchase; and

  • the purchase option you wish to cancel or change.

21. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time.

Any material change affecting an existing recurring purchase arrangement will be communicated before it takes effect where reasonably required.

The terms disclosed when you placed an existing order will generally continue to apply to that order.
